- 75% refund before product shipment/preparation

- 50% refund after shipment, before delivery

- Custom orders non-refundable after production

B. Regular Product Orders

- 100% refund for unopened products within 30 days

- Defective product replacement within 90 days

- Shipping costs non-refundable unless error on our part
